Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK, using UPS.  In our experience, they are the most reliable of all couriers. We no longer use Royal Mail, sadly, as too many parcels were never delivered.  Orders (subject to stock) are dispatched same day if received before 12 noon or next working day when received after 12 noon.  Delivery is usually next working day from dispatch (minimum 48 hour delivery to more remote parts of the UK - working days) - this is not a guaranteed timed delivery.  We do not despatch on a Friday or on Saturdays and Sundays.  We package our goods with chiller packs which keeps goods cool for the duration.

If you are local, you can order and pay online and collect from the store.

If you live in some of the more remote islands and areas of the UK where there are typically postal supplements, please contact us for details.
