Lunya is situated across two floors. The deli, bar, toilets and 50 covers are downstairs. We have flat floor access from the street and all customer areas are fully accessible downstairs. Upstairs, we have 100 covers and our kitchen. We do not have a lift.
If you have any access needs (particularly physical access needs), please notify us at the time of booking so we can ensure an allocation of one of our downstairs tables.
We have a fully accessible disabled toilet built to RIBA specifications. We do not have any specific changing facilities.
The kitchen is upstairs. We have a camera filming the kitchen and broadcasting to a screen downstairs so all our customers can see what is going on in the kitchen.
We have menus in Braille and large print. Please ask us if you would like one of these when you visit.
Our staff have been trained in disability awareness and exceptional customer service. At any time, please let us know if you have any needs and we will do all we can to help you when you visit Lunya.
Liverpool One has extensive car parking facilities, including disabled access parking. Please check the Liverpool One website for details www.liverpool-one.com. There is flat floor access from all car parks to Lunya. We are approximately 100 metres from the Hanover Street car park. 200 metres from the main Liverpool One car park and 250 metres from the John Lewis car park.
