A rare, and what will be, an exceptional night, where you will get to try arguably, the very best Riojas there are. Produced by the iconic Bodegas Miguel Merino, and personally presented by Miguel himself. For the last 20 years, Miguel Merino has taken both the Spanish wine world, and the international wine world by storm. A small boutique winery in Briones in La Rioja, founded by his father, Miguel Senior. They are, without doubt, stunning. Produced in incredibly small volumes (sometimes a single barrel) feted by every significant wine critic there is, Liverpool has never seen the like of this night before. We will be presenting 6 of his very best wines, that now (understandably) cost a fortune, but we have worked hard to keep the price really low (for this level of event)

An evening with Rafa Perez, the charismatic owner of Bodegas Vallemayor in Rioja and a superb menu from our Executive Chef, Dave Upson, with the very best of Spanish gastronomy, including the superb Iberico meats, world class Spanish cheeses, Riojan classics, Galician pork and much mores; 6 courses with paired wines from the fabulous Vallemayor Rioja wines. It is a free night where you can come into the bar and deli and try hundreds of our products – and it is all for free and you do not need to book. We’ll have lots of stalls sampling loads of our superb festive and year round products. Plus you will get a chance to meet Peter, Dan & Tom and lots of our team. We’ll be doing some demos too showing you how to carve ham, use some of our mouth-watering ingredients and have lots of tips for what make the perfect bespoke hamper – and more.
