This is a very special night with Clara Verhej, the superb winemaker and owner of Bodegas Bentomiz, showcasing their wines from Malaga which appear in virtually every Michelin starred restaurant in Spain. Complemented by Peter's personal selection of deli favourites, this will be a very special, intimate and informal evening. Tom will be hand carving ham in front of you, Peter will be making deli salads in front of you. It will be something else.
